My Love!

Hello!.. I'm back! I seriously struggle with this whole blog thing. And plus it doesn't help when you let your sister borrow your camera, then you have no fun pictures to post! So since the last time I posted lots of fun things have been happening! First of all I have a wonderful new boyfriend! His name is Jeremy and he's my perfect match! My friend Anna set us up and we ended up hitting it off! He's from California... and served his mission in Brazil. He works for a summer sales company so he'll be leaving me for 4 months during the summer.. not really looking forward to that! But he's pretty much my other half and I couldn't be happier! The second exciting thing that has happen is that I celebrated my 21st birthday last weekend! Jeremy ended up surprising my with a trip to Vegas! I couldn't imagine a more fun way to celebrate your 21st birthday then a trip to Vegas! We had a blast and the weather was amazing! Jeremy still needs to upload the pictures from our trip and then I'll have to post them! So I hope that catches everyone up a little bit on what's been happening in my life! I'm off to California with Jer on Thursday to hang out with his family for Easter, so be looking forward to some more pictures!

Bad Luck!

Seriously.. I have never had worse luck in my life! Get ready for a lot of venting, read at your own risk! I've always been a pretty positive person and always considered myself pretty lucky! But lately, oh my heck.. life just isn't going my way! It all started two months ago when I got into a car accident in the parking lot of my work. Yeah it really sucked but oh well.. shiZ happens! But oh wait maybe it wouldn't of been so bad if I hadn't gotten a ticket the next day for not making a complete stop at a stop light at 1 in the morning while going and getting a stupid burrito for my EX-Boyfriend! (don't even ask about the ex) Oh wait it gets better... did I mention that I had gotten in ticket in Moab a while back and was still dealing with all the court stuff with that. And part of my plea bargain was I couldn't get another ticket for a year.. whoops! Then last Wednesday I was taking my parents car to get it detailed before they got back into town since my DC (diet coke) decided to explode inside the car that morning. And I ended up gettin into a car accident with the car in front of me in the car wash. I'm not gonna lie.. this accident was definitely the attendants fault, but like the car wash was gonna admit that. Then today I realized that my 2000 dollar kit for school was MIA... then come to realize it had been stolen. Not to add the fact this in the second time this has happend to me while being in school. So needless to say I have been having some pretty bad luck... but I'm thinking things can only get better from here right!? ON the positive side, I have amazing parents who still love me after all I put them through. And I definitly have some amazing friends who always know how to make me laugh! But for those of you who have called or texted me lately and I haven't replied... I promise I still love you .. just been a little busy lately! Anywho.. I can't post without some pictures, so here are a few pictures from our salon's goodbye party for my dear friend Aubrey!

Why Hello!

New year.. new goals. Goal number one, don't forget I have a blog. The week before Christmas my sister and I headed up to Seattle with the two little ones. Our parents met us up there a couple days later. Andrea and I almost died flying up to Seattle and are still working on trying to block the whole experience out of our minds. I'll save you from the details but let's just say we have never pleaded more with the Lord to let us live. Any who.. Seattle ended up having one of the worst snow storms they had seen in about 10 years. Needless to say we learned to love our hotel room since we spent most the vacation stuck inside it. It was a little depressing since this was my first visit back in almost 6 months and I didn't get to see anyone I had planned on due to the bad driving conditions. But we made the best of it and got to see our extended family which mattered the most. I got to go to dinner at the Columbia Tower while up in Seattle with my Pops. It was unreal... I couldn't believe how beautiful it was! We made it back to Utah just in time to spend our first Christmas here. It was probably one of the most laid back Christmases I can ever remember, it was perfect! Lots of snow.. I think we got something like 4 feet! New Years Eve ended up going about the same as Christmas.. laid back, nothing too crazy! As I look back at 2008 I can't believe how much has changed in my life, and now I'm even more excited to see what 2009 brings! Hope everyone had a great holiday and hopefully I'll be back in Seattle soon to see everyone!

The Trip From You Know Where....

So I've been delaying posting about my recent trip to Cincinnati, just thinking about the trip makes me depressed. We flew out Monday morning and got to Cincinnati that evening. My father and I enjoyed a late dinner and then headed to bed to get rested before my big day. I had fully planned on exploring downtown Cincinnati while my Dad was in meetings for the day, and then going to the big Christmas party that evening. Little did I know all I was going to see of the town was this....



I ended waking up with the stomach flu putting a little damper on my day full of events. And to make things even better, I didn't even make it to the Christmas Party (the whole reason I'd flew out there) So that was my trip. Hopefully my trip to Seattle in a few days will go a little better :)

Guess Who is 23!

My best friend Robyn is turning 23 today, so of course I had to devote a post to her! Let me give you a little background on our friendship!

The truth is Robyn and I have only been friends a little over a year, but you'd never know that if you met us. When I took a leave from school to move to Chicago, Robyn started school and happen to become friends with all my friends when I was gone. When I got back I wasn't so sure about the "new girl" but quickly changed my mind when I realized she loved soccer just as much as me! Rob and I began to realize more and more we were perfect for each other, is a non lesbian way!

Robyn is seriously the one person in my life who understand my personality more than anyone else. She's crazy, I'm a little crazy, it all seems to work out! She's the type of friend that would do anything in the world for ya, no matter who she'd have to hurt! She's super tough, she's beat me up many times... I don't know why I ever try to beat her because I always know I'm gonna loose. One time Robyn made me meet her at the gym for a "quick" work out, I couldn't move for days. She kicked my butt so bad... I literally couldn't wash my hair for a week because I couldn't lift my arms that high! She's insane when it comes to working out, which I'm always very impressed by!


When we went to Vegas a couple of months ago she didn't even get mad when we'd get kicked out of casinos because of me being too young, she'd just laugh it off! Robyn is going to be an amazing Mother... she's already an amazing aunt. For a long time she would even watch all her sisters kids on the weekends and even at one time she wanted to adopt her nephew.


She is a freakin insane on the soccer field. This last year I got to play on her team for two seasons, finally got to see first hand what this girl can do! She can get that ball up the field quicker than anyone a know, she's amazing. Robyn is also an amazing wife to her dear husband Ryan. She's always talking about how in love she is with him and all the things she want to do for him! She even has this secret talent of somehow throwing away her husbands old stuff without him ever finding out :)


Oh did I mention Robyn is Canadian, could this get any better. I love Canada, and I best friend is Canadian, how lucky did I get! Or did I also mention I love Robyn so much I'm willing to go see Twilight on her birthday with her!


Any who, I love Rob and am so blessed to have a good friend like her in my life. I love you Rob and hope you have an amazing birthday!!! And don't be mad about all these beautiful pictures I posted hehe!
